Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on personalized items. Each product is made-to-order specifically for you, based on your custom design or selection. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order.


Defective or Damaged Products

We only accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

The product arrived damaged or defective

There is a manufacturing error

You received the wrong item

If any of the above applies, please follow the procedure below.


How to Submit a Complaint

To ensure a quick resolution, please send us the following within 14 days of delivery:

Your order number

A clear description of the issue

Photos of the item, including:

The damaged or incorrect area

 The full product

 The packaging (if damaged)

Once we verify the issue, we will offer one of the following:

A replacement of the item at no extra cost

A refund, if replacement is not possible

 

Additional Notes

We are not responsible for errors in personalization submitted by the customer (e.g., typos or incorrect images).

Items must be unused and in original condition (if applicable) to qualify for a return or    replacement.
